Installation and Care

Measure the planter and confirm adequate soil depth and clearance from roots and vessel walls. Insert both tapered stakes evenly while supporting the lower rails; do not strike the top or force the wood against hard obstructions. Attach stems loosely and adjust ties as needed. Inspect coating, rails, rungs, pinned joints, stake tips, and ties regularly. Remove if cracked, loose, splintered, wet-swollen, or unstable. Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth and dry completely. Do not soak, place near flame or heaters, or leave in standing water.
